13 Mar 2025. St Patrick's Day Travel Arrangements. On St. Patrick's Day, Monday 17 March 2025, all services will operate to a Sunday schedule. Monday 18 March 2024 A Sunday service will operate on all routes. Check Updates below ( also at Dublin Bus – St. Patrick’s Festival Diversions 2024) Luas services on St. Patrick’s Day and Monday 18 th March will run to a Sunday timetable. The following exceptions will apply on Sunday 17 th: On the Green Line, trams will only run from Brides Glen to St. Stephen’s Green and from Broombridge to Dominick between 7am and 6pm. St Patrick's Day The St Patrick's Day long weekend is almost here and soon our capital city will be flooded with people enjoying the festivities. Nitelinks will operate on Friday 14, Saturday 15, Sunday 16 and Bus Éireann wishes to advise customers that on St. Patrick's Day, Monday 17 March 2025, all services will operate to a Sunday schedule. Parades. Services will be diverted due to local parades taking place around the country. The following Routes will be affected by local parades. Route 2 Wexford/Dublin 17 March. Dublin: Irish Rail will operate a Sunday service on St. Patrick's Day and the following Monday, with some additional services and cancellations. Tara Street Station will not open until 4 pm on St. Patrick's Day. A special timetable will be in operation on the following Monday. It is recommended to check the timetable before travelling. Bus Éireann wishes to advise customers that all services will operate a Sunday schedule on the St. Brigid’s Day Public Holiday, Monday 3 February 2025. This includes Bus Éireann’s inter-regional Expressway service which connects Dublin and Ballina, Cavan, Donegal, Dundalk, Letterkenny, Monaghan, Sligo, Waterford and Wexford, as well as All Bus Éireann & Expressway services will operate to a Sunday schedule.
